Spice up your life (or at LEAST your dinner table!) with our custom made Calabrian Chili Pepper pasta. We use authentic Calabrian chili peppers imported from Italy, and grind them down from whole until they are able to be incorporated right into our fresh dough!

This pasta is made to order, according to your own individual preference of spice level intensity.

Taste: Spicy, Slightly Smoky, Tangy, with balanced, smooth heat and fruity undertones. This pasta has been described as “a smooth, warm heat that remains consistently balanced throughout the meal.”

Spice Level: Varies according to individual preference.

  • Mild: A “warm heat” that remains consistently balanced throughout your meal, and offers a slight bit of warm spice, but does not build in intensity to a harsh/hot spice level

  • Medium: A moderate/medium spice level, that builds slightly with each bite, but does not necessarily “burn your mouth”

  • HOT: For SPICE LOVERS! If you like to feel the burn, we got you covered!
