Our process is time honored and traditional; we slow roast full heads of garlic with olive oil imported from Italy, then we add the mashed roasted garlic right into our fresh pasta dough! Naturally air dried and ready to cook, this pasta will last up to 6 months stored in a clean, dry area. No refrigeration needed.
