Taste: Subtle. Depending on the thickness of the pasta shape, the taste can vary from a light to a medium level of citrus flavor. Note: The sauce used on this pasta can also either lessen or enhance it’s flavor! Using a sauce WITH additional lemon, such as a lemon cream sauce, or a lemon olive oil sauce, will pull and highlight the notes of fresh lemon from this pasta. However, using a heavy cheese or cream based sauce can cause the flavor to be much lighter and subtle.
