Perfect in mac ‘n’ cheese, or as a pasta salad, this pasta lends itself to endless creative possibilities! Crafted with special Semolina flour imported from Italy, and naturally air dried and ready to cook, this pasta will last up to 6 months stored in a clean, dry area. No refrigeration needed.

Taste: Subtle/Flavorful. This pasta has a fun buffalo sauce flavor! It’s NOT spicy, nor is the flavor overwhelmingly strong, but rather adds an accent of buffalo flavor to any meal!
