This earthy, rustic pasta is infused with 7 different dried mushroom extracts! These noodles are hand crafted with special Semolina flour imported from Italy. Naturally air dried and ready to cook, this pasta will last up to 6 months stored in a clean, dry area. No refrigeration needed.

Taste: Neutral/Subtle. Depending on the thickness of the pasta shape selected, and the way you choose to prepare it, the flavor of this pasta can range from neutral, almost unnoticeable at times, to subtle. This pasta is mostly enjoyed for the nutrients and health benefits that come from the different varieties; all the nutritional value, but barely any taste. The hints of flavor you DO notice offer more earthy notes than typical “mushroom” flavor.

Preparation Recommendation: We highly recommend pairing this pasta with a complimentary mushroom dish, such as chicken marsala, or with a white mushroom ragu to really highlight and pull out the natural flavors!
