This cozy duo of infused pasta includes everything you need for a comfy bowl of Pasta Fagioli soup! All you need to do is follow your favorite recipe for Pasta Fagioli soup (excluding the pasta, of course!) then, simply add these noodles to your simmering soup broth apprx 10-15 minutes prior to the soup being done! (We recommend cooking this pasta IN your prepared broth, as opposed to boiling in a separate pot in water and adding to your soup later. The tomato & bean in this dough will help to emit flavor into your broth, which you will lose if you boil in water separately!)
These pastas are hand crafted with special Semolina flour imported from Italy. Naturally air dried and ready to cook, they will last up to 6 months stored in a clean, dry area. No refrigeration needed.
