INGREDIENTS: Semolina Flour, Salt, Shiitake Mushroom, Lion’s Mane, Chaga, Turkey Tail, Cordyceps, Maitake, and Red Reishi Mushroom Extracts.

These noodles are hand crafted with special Semolina flour imported from Italy. Naturally air dried and ready to cook, this pasta will last up to 6 months stored in a clean, dry area. No refrigeration needed.

All purchases are ‘made to order,’ as fresh as can be! Please allow up to 2 week for this special edition pasta to be shipped.
