Our “Funghi” pasta gets it’s name from it’s mushroom-like shape! Alternate names include “Trotolle” (meaning “spinning top”) as well as “Vesuvio (as its shape is thought to resemble the volcano near Naples!). This pasta is hand crafted with special Semolina flour imported from Italy. Naturally air dried and ready to cook, this pasta will last up to 6 months stored in a clean, dry area. No refrigeration needed.
