Our homemade meat ravioli is available ONLY for porch pick-up, frozen, as these ravioli need to be kept frozen until cooking! (These ravioli cook quickly in apprx 7 minutes, when dropped from frozen straight into boiling water).
These tasty pockets are hand crafted using traditional Italian methods, and filled with a blend of both beef and Italian pork sausage. This version of our ravioli is cheese-free, crafted with beef, sausage, onion, garlic, soft Italian breadcrumbs, herbs & spices, and whipped egg whites, giving these ravioli a light, pillowy consistency!
