This pasta is offered for porch pick-up only, as these noodles need to be kept frozen until cooking! Tubular pasta cuts such as rigatoni do not dry correctly from fresh; due to uneven and restricted air flow, the tubes often crack when drying. (Frozen fresh pasta can be dropped straight into boiling water, and cooks quickly from frozen!)
