Our Goal
At Piccoline’s Table, we celebrate the tradition and the art of pasta made by hand. Our pasta is made in small batches, using traditional Italian methods that evoke old-world Italian flavor. Our goal is to help bring back those old school, traditional ‘Sunday Dinners,’ one table at a time!
Fresh Dried Pasta

My dried pasta is STILL fresh off the rolling table!! Fresh Dried simply means that after I hand roll and cut the pasta, I toss it lightly with flour and allow it to air dry, naturally removing the moisture. Dried pasta does not need to be refrigerated, and can be stored on a shelf in an airtight container in a dry area that is not exposed to extreme temperatures.

Cooked fresh pasta yields 30%-50% more than commercially dried pasta.
Know Your Portions!
½ Lb of fresh pasta (8 oz) makes apprx 4 cups cooked, between 2-3 servings
1 LB of fresh pasta (16 oz) makes apprx 8 cups cooked, between 4-6 servings

Our fresh pasta is made from all natural ingredients, with NO added preservatives, or artificial flavoring, colors, etc.
Most of our recipes can easily be altered to accommodate dietary restrictions, and alterations or substitutions can usually be made! If you have a specific preference, just visit the Contact Us page!
(Please advise us of any severe allergies. While your pasta order itself may not contain specific allergens like dairy or nuts, please be advised our pasta is made in a home kitchen where allergens may be present. We can and will change the preparation process of your pasta if need be!)

Dried fresh pasta typically cooks much faster than commercial boxed pasta from the store! Each bag of Piccoline’s Table pasta has suggested cook times based on individual pasta styles, shapes, thickness and ingredients! HOWEVER - fresh pasta that is air dried naturally can dry differently each time it’s made! So, in general, we recommend you start with our suggested times, but always cook to YOUR liking! Just like snowflakes, no 2 pieces of fresh pasta are the same! (Fresh pasta typically takes anywhere from 5 minutes to 15 minutes for heavier, thicker cuts).

Fresh Herb & Edible Flower Pappardelle
Springtime creativity in full bloom, these wide pasta ribbons feature our traditional semolina pasta with freshly cut herbs and edible flowers pressed within.
Fazzoletti ‘Coffins’
A fun, ‘Halloween-themed’ pasta! These large flat pasta shapes are made from our Black Olive & Oregano pasta dough, creating a spooky, earthy affect, much like graveyard dirt!
